Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 2025

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WalletPass API service ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to create passes that are deceptive, fraudulent, or that violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

2. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of misuse.

3. Intellectual Property

All pass content you create remains your property. You grant WalletPass API a limited licence to process, transmit, and store your content solely to provide the Service.

4. Uptime and Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WalletPass API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post an update in the Changelog for material changes.
