Questions
What size should an Apple Wallet pass icon be?
29 × 29 points, saved as icon.png (29 × 29 pixels), icon@2x.png (58 × 58) and icon@3x.png (87 × 87). Every Apple Wallet pass needs an icon: it's what notifications and the lock screen show.
What size is an Apple Wallet strip image?
Apple gives 375 × 98 points for event tickets, 375 × 144 for store cards and coupons, and 375 × 123 for other passes, each saved at 1x, 2x and 3x. Wallet scales a strip to fill its space and crops what doesn't fit.
What size should a Google Wallet logo be?
At least 660 × 660 pixels, square, with a full-bleed background. Google masks it into a circle, so keep a 15% margin around the logo itself and don't pre-mask it.
What size is the Google Wallet hero image?
Google recommends 1032 × 812 pixels for a generic pass's hero image. A transparent PNG lets the pass's background colour show through.
Is my image uploaded anywhere?
No. The image is read and cropped in your browser, and each file is saved straight to your device. Nothing is sent to us or stored.
